Need a recomendation

I have a site conecpt that I am working on but I need a little help from everyone to help close the loop on the concept.

I know there are some advertising / affiliate programs out there that allow yo to track that a user has completed an action / signed up for a service (so you can credit their account etc..) i.e. they allow you to embed a tracking id when you pass some one on to them. I know they are used a lot on those free ipod / phone type sites

Can anyone recomend some good ones to me?

I do recommend copeac, their AMs are really helpful and Mike Krongel (am from copeac) has helped many people I know reach the 1000 usd a day.
