It's really easy, just a header and a background. Css if you want. That's why it's such a small prize. It even gives you the buttons right there so you can change the color scheme.
Basically you just need 2 or 3 graphics and some css if you want to be fancy.
This is my new site btw, I'm having problems redirecting it to my Url. Oh yeah, please not all black. All black websites make me depressed and then I go take a nap.
