You can be thrown in jail for a couple years. Intrusive an unsolicited advertising is illegal.

Just because it's your first offense doesn't mean you couldn't get prison time, although you are a kid I'm sure it'll be more lenient on you. But you parents will still be responsible for your actions and any fines you occur.

lol, yes, I'm just having fun. I'm a happy kind of person. :D

It's kind of like opt-in so it's not illegal because it's not unsolicted. On the other hand I'm sure it'll only be good until it becomes widespread, then someone will put a stop to it. I haven't done it yet, just tested it, and it seems to work.

By this logic, I could kill my super annoying neighbour and just get probation.

Well, that's an adult crime. And many places, if a juvenile commits an adult crime, they will be punished as an adult. I don't think spamming is considered an adult crime.

Well if you're any good at it, the chances are that you will be hunted down by the lawyers at Microsoft. There have a been a number of high profile cases recently where Microsoft has taken it upon themselves to go after spammers.
