My niche has many high-pying keywords. However, I' below a dollar for 10 clicks.

Can I insert those high-paying keyowrds into the Adsense ad targeting?

No you Adsense doesn't allow you to do that but what you can do is block all the low paying ads. There's a website that you can go to that will give you a list of all the low paying ads in your niche/keyword. Simply add them to your Adsense account and Adsense will stop those ads from showing.

Yes, you can block the low paying ads. But then, google might not show any ads at all. Just some public service stuff might be shown. So, basically you should try to optimize the content of your website which will help you in the long run and also in adsense conversions.

The HTML tags to emphasize a page section take the following format:
<!-- google_ad_section_start -->

<!-- google_ad_section_end -->

You can also designate sections you'd like to have ignored by adding a (weight=ignore) to the starting tag:
<!-- google_ad_section_start(weight=ignore) -->

With these tags added to your HTML code, your final code may look like the following:
<html><head><title>Section targeting</title></head>
<body>
<!-- google_ad_section_start -->

This is the text of your webpage. Most of your content resides here.
<!-- google_ad_section_end -->
</body>
</html>
