Ok, this has been bugging me ever since I found Tyler's blog. How do you pronounce "Cruz?"

Is it like Cruz, rhymes with fuzz.

or does it sound like cruise.

It is pronounced cruise.

Yes, Cruz is pronounced like "Cruise" as in Tom Cruise.

People at the casino call me "Tom" because on the digital display when I first joined the poker table my name was originally shown as "T. Cruz", and one of the flamboyant players asked "Is your first name Tom?" and it kind of jus stuck :-)

Cruz is actually a very common last name in Latin-America and the Phillipines.. kind of like "Smith" or "Johnson".
