I guess you have to liven up the mood here, people are going crazy with the freebies and voting on social media, if you can create a section for this to happen, i guess many will flock to the forum to exchange votes.
-Digg
-Stumbleupon
-Free reports & ebook
-etc...

I mean that is a good way to get in members to actively post..what this forum needs is members to post. I would love to see more post and questions asked.

Well obviously you set up a covert operation. Lol we could just do it through messages.

I must admit to being confused here... :)
Could you elaborate on what you're suggesting exactly? Do you mean create a section where users can find each other to exchange Diggs, etc.?

Yes tyler, it will be a section to exchange votes on social networksites. There must be rules of course to follow and you might want to consider on members with more than 50 posts before they are allowed to exchange votes.
It could well change the mood here, while i am not sure whether it will help members to post more active in other categories but i am sure this section will surely attract a large number of members to post.

Ah, I see.
Yes, unfortunately I would not want to make a section because I don't want to really endorse that type of behaviour. It's cheating, and I understand that pretty much everyone does it, but to actually create a platform that is directly helping to achieve mass Diggs and the like is going too far.
There have actually been sites made specifically as a Digg network which have been infiltrated by Digg (all they have to do is sign up...) and had all of those members banned from their system...
Thanks for the suggestion though!

No problem Tyler, have it considered, because in the end it is the members responsibility to action the digg and find alternative to grab votes. Your rules can state cleared it is not the admin nor the forum responsibility that anything happens to your account if its ban.
