Joining a new CJ Merchant

Hello there,

BASIC BASIC question.

I joined CJ and am trying to apply to a new merchant.

I click in the "apply to program" button at the end of the company's profile and i get a new window with "about:blank"!.

Why could this be?

I've previously joined a couple other programs in CJ without a problem.

It could be an interal coding problem from CJ, try it again, if it does happen contact CJ support.

I guess some technical problem,even I had this once about 3 months back then when I tried it later after a day it was back to normal....so why dont you wait and see if the problem gets rectified or if the problem persists contact CJ.
