As far as I know, they are still in Beta and still exclusive to US users.

There are just so many publishing ads network that are only opened to the states, so i am not surprise YPN is one of them for now.

yeah what about the msn adcenter have they opened up to anyone or not yet? I remember reading about them a year and a half ago.
