Once again the program that snubs all international publishers from using them because they do not want to pay up to those who could not convert clicks to revenue for them and those who don't speak english are deeply affected as well.
It took them a while for these monkey brainers to understand that sticking to a US market will not get you anyway, you still need the larger crowd to convert your products to revenue.
