I need help Beef'n up my site

Ok maybe you guys can help. I just started my blog and I am trying to advertise it but I don’t really know how that well. I would like to get more visitors and higher visitor loyalty. So what do I do?? I know that I need to post more content, but other then daily content updates what are my options?? I think that I am going to add youtube.com videos and get traffic from there like TylerCruz.com does, that is how I found his site.

Ask other bloggers to exchange links with you, works well for most people, also the basic stuff like in forum sigs. Don't just add content every day, make it INTERESTING content.
