Have few websites with nice domain names...How much would you pay?

Ok the game is very simple.

I have 4 websites that I am thinking of selling in the future, with nice domain names (.com)(trust me on this one)

Each of them have vb forums(lifetime licenses) over 3800 Members and 100+ unique visitors and a nice website to go with it.

I don't really have time to promote them and get the best result

No ads for the time being

Estimated price on my behalf minimum (7000 Us dollars EACH)

Would you be interested?If I get lot of answers I will give all the necessary details.

It does also matter if there is previous advertisements. And how much stable income. That should help a lot with those details known.?

He says there are no ads on them and he didn't really promote them (i think he did :) because you cant have 3800 members with no promotion)

and because you don't know what the forums are about, you cant really set a price

Seems a little sketchy to me. Unless you gave a URL or two, I wouldn't even start to consider it. Also, the fact that you haven't promoted the site yet have so many members is the main problem here. You can easily import a database full of members and posts.

$7,000 price tag? Eh..

Post a url first.
