Thanks for posting these. StumbleUpon has doubled my traffic over the last few days so I was looking for other similar services that can do just the same. This list is perfect.

yup, thanks for the list. I've personally found success in Digg, stumbleUpon, and Delicious.
StumbleUpon is a very good source for traffic, too bad it doesn't really convert.

Does anyone have a high conversion rate from those social bookmarking sites?
One of my sites have quite a few traffic from those, but it just seems as if I'm having hits only.
Thanks!
None of them converted really well for me, but I mainly use them for SEO purposes.

Digg does its justice IMO. I see a rise in clicks from DIGG, couldn't tell from the others, haven't tracked them.

Yup, definitively Digg helps boosting your traffic.
I will just give a shoot to stumbleupon.com , wondering how this will work around

digg gets alot of traffic to your sites, even when you only are getting 3/4 diggs

I credit a lot of one of my sites success to Digg. It's not just Digg that the site gets advertised one, it goes on blogs, delicious, ect. once the Digg users get to it. Very nice results.

yeah but does it convert?
i dont really think so... i think a lot of people just leave after a few seconds
if you had some CPM it brings in some money though

I never really looked if it converts well. But that isn't a main issue as I'm just looking at the traffic fgures more or less with it.

Maybe just keep getting people to thumbs up your site. Maybe it'll bring more people in.

dont think thats true
look at this: As you Stumble! you, click the thumbs to tell the system what you like (or dislike). = I like this! (send me more like this, please!) = I don't like this! (don't send me any more pages like this, thank you!) Made a mistake? No problem! Simply click the same thumb again to un-thumb the page, or click the opposite thumb to change your rating.

Either way, it has proven results this thumbsing up/down a site will put it in the database and send traffic. I've gotten thousands of uniques through it.

Great post. StumbleUpon is amazing for quick traffic and if you build up enough friends with Digg, it works as well.

Lately I've been getting as many as 500 unique hits when I stumble a site for the first time but it really depends on the niche the site is in because some sites I stumble get very little traffic.
