Some Adsense Questions

Well I have made about 80 dollars since November 18... Sort of sad... I have a forum with 80 members logging in per day, but we just started 3 months ago, and we are growing into one of the biggest GFX sites out there. I am going to get started in the blog hosting business, buying a script and getting a domain. Free blogs with great templates, and I am hoping that the adsense revenues will hold true to its blog reputations. So what do you guys think? A blog host... will it start making me money in the thousands? I am also putting together a photoshop, flash, and every other program tutorial web engine index. More adsense... On top of that I am going to release the next imageshack because we got a nice server, and sometimes imageshack is just too slow to be true.

Oh and one more question to you bloggers making money in the thousands... how are you making so much if I don't even see your ads!? Oh and one more thing, I hear problogger.net makes $1 million per month of adsense! But the only google ads they have are these small text links in the middle of the page... how could they be making that much?

Problogger.net is pretty much one man, Darren Rowse, a personal acquaintance. Darren nor anyone else in their right mind has ever claimed Problogger.net makes a million a month, from AdSense or any other program. Darren makes $100K or more per _year_ not month from many blogs he operates and also operated by the blog network he's a partner in, b5media.com

It's obvious you haven't read much of the info on problogger.net because Darren posts all this and more ... he specifically says that problogger.net does not make much from AdSense. He has blogs on digital cameras among other things that _do_ pull good money from AdSense but he repeatedly states most of his income is from other sources ... so there's no million a month blog out there that I have yet come across. Read the intro and how to info on Problogger.net, Darren shares a lot of good info.

It is possible, but you are not getting it fast i think, or you already own great sites and can mail your members about it

Yeah I am only 15 years old, but I plan to follow the steps of the owner of this site, and the steps of Google creators. They started early, but through hard work and intelligent decisions, look how rich they are right now in their 30's.

I couldn't see Pro Blogger making a million a month. Also I wouldn't suggest a $300 script being the godsend to make you money, you'll have to invest a lot of work. Plus you'll be #300 in the hole to start with.

Well I will have my forum as the kick off, plus with advertisements, and a school full of kids who think of me as the computer hacker/genius (lol), I am not too worried about getting members.

You really need to read into the history of Problogger.net He has more than one blogs, it's just that the general impressions for most of us is that he's making all his $$$ from Problogger.net That's not true.

Problogger.net forms a large part of his income, but not all of it. This way it helps to keep the readers coming for more. :D

In my opinion the script doesn't really matter. The content is what matters, you'll get alot more visitors this way, people linking to you, etc..

What does matter is your adplacement, here's a few links to give you a good idea on how to place your ads:

Problogger has the entire recipe for good adsense income. They have good content, huge traffic and that too highly targeted. So, it won't be difficult for them to earn a huge amount such as 1 million dollars a month.

There are many other sites which have the same but dont make anywhere close to the said money.
