I'm selling www.sportsremix.net and it has a custom designed splash page, HTML website, and the forum is Invision Power Board. The forum isn't that active anymore, but does have 300+ members and it just need to be ran by someone who has time and is able to be dedicated. Members will come back if they see updated content, all you have to do is send out a mass email.
The IPB License is not included. I will transfer the site to your hosting account/server and even get it all up and running for you. Your job is to change the Name Servers.
Spent around $200 on the design, so i'm looking at a BIN of $300.
