ClanTemplates is by far the best in terms of creative web templates. Go to their free templates page and then go to the "Default" category. They are so good. The only issue with them is they have a stupid server because half of the time I check out their site its down...

I'm not sure about you but err I am staff there and very rarely is clantemplates down. Its on a rare occasion.. :)

Good list there, too bad most of us won't use a free design depending on the circumstances.

I've grown accustomed to using free designs on some projects, if I don't feel like investing money into them. It isn't hard to alter them to have some uniqueness in the design so it doesn't look like you have the same design as hundreds of other sites.

My experience with all these beatiful stock photo and template sites is, that you need a huge database to find few appropriate ones. So a lot of choise is benefit for me in this case. Can not say this for Google...
