I know Google's Adsense seems to be used alot, but which one do you perfer? Or even better, which one do you think is better?
Currently I use AdSense only, so my views aren't exactly educated.
I will most probably be switching to Bidvertiser soon, as they pay by PayPal - Which is a lot quicker, and more convenient for me, as opposed to a cheque.
I'm aware the CPC will be lower, but at the moment I can't transfer cash from my bank to PayPal. So all ad revenue is being spent on personal items rather than being invested back into my sites. So basically... it's being wasted on nothing.

A lot of ad networks pay by PayPal now. ValueClickMedia (formerly FastClick + ValueClick) does, as do many others. I believe, but am not 100% certain, that CasaleMedia does as well.
In fact, I've been using CasaleMedia for the past few days as a test period, and I am extremely satisfied with them so far. They pay out 70% too, which is the highest reported payout in the industry.

I currently only use adsense, haven't had the chance to look at some of the bigger networks.

I've heard it's only worth switching to CasaleMedia - or any ad network that pay per impression - if your site is generating x,xxx uniques per day?

I disagree with that. It all depends on your site. Your niche, content, etc. Basing it on pure traffic makes no sense at all; your CTR won't change (unless you have a good content site where contextual ads may fare well) so essentially CPM should equate to CPC.
However this does depend on your site - CPM on a forum is obviously preferable to CPC.
Im running Adsense and ValueClickMedia on my sites, i use the CPM ads (which pay to paypal) to pay for my dedicated hosting and for any domains i register, as it covers nearly twice these costs, i am pooling for some nice advertising budgets.

I wish adsense would pay via paypal!
I'm running it on most of my sites, along with value click media on some of my bigger sites.

Yeah, Casale pay via PayPal (if requested) - they also offer better rates based on what you give them whereas ValueClick (fastclick) are a bit flat.
Still, not a great deal in it. Casale offer more for their pop unders. Banners are roughly the same. Same sort of advertisers also.

Text Link Ads (http://www.text-link-ads.com/?ref=21439) is an interesting one to consider, particularly for sites with high PR.
(yes, that's a referral link there. delete the query string if you like. but they do genuinely offer a good service. i use them on a couple sites.)

Out of all the networks which I can currently get accepted to because of the low traffic I can consume right now, I prefer to using Bidvertiser instead of Adsense. Since I own an arcade site right now for some reason I am only getting $0.01 clicks through Adsense. So I switched to Bidvertiser. My CTR has dropped but I'm still earning more than I was earning from Adsense a day.

The earnings rate in Adsense is reducing drastically. I would use YPN as an alternative. Their rates are much better than Adsense.

I use ValueClick and CPX Interactive. I think that they are the best sites paying out for CPM.
