Is there any story behind chosing Publishersforum as a name of a forum ? From my point of view it is O.K. - I publish some posts. It even gives some serious feeling, like: I will publish my webmaster thoughts here...
It don't think it refers to posting on this forum my friend, I think it refer to us being webmasters (webpublishers).

Yeah, a web publisher means we publish content for the World Wide Web. As a book publisher does for an author, we put the stuff out their for others to read. Basically, we publish content on web pages.

Correct. I took the name from the term "Web Publisher". The term "Web Designer" is outdated as many web publishers and web entrepreneurs don't actually design themselves but hire others instead.
I find the term Web Publisher to be more broad and identify with anyone who creates any form of website on the internet.
