If you want to host more domains on one hosting server, check this review of 10 multiple domain hostings (http://webhostinggeeks.com/multipledomainhosting.html). Prices are all around $5-9, a lot of features, space and bandwith provided. I'm not claiming anyathing about their reliability, comments appreciated.

10 Free domain hostings review is also there. (Free means that you get a free domain if you buy a hosting).

I see they have 1&1 hosting listed. I have been using them for over 4 years and would recommend them to anyone. I host 11 different sites with them on one package.

Here's another list: Free domain hosting (http://www.webhostingbluebook.com/) - it means you get a domain for free if you subscribe. Many on the list have multiple domain hosting. On Hostexelence you can have 10 domains, you get four for free.

*This is only a finding, no experience with them, hosts listed advertise A LOT, they are on many hosting lists.

I've heard Host Gator has the ability to host multiple domains. I was going to use them but decided a VPS would be better.

I am not really a fan of multiple domains throught the addon domain route, so you have various domains under one real account (one CPanel, one FTP, etc...).

If you want multi-domain hosting get a reseller package and with these you really get what you pay for as with anything. For a basic reseller package I would think $20 - $30/month would be reasonable.

Ones to look at from freinds' recommendations (and mine):
ResellerZoom
HostGator
Eleven2
Sonet7

Downside of multiple domain hosting is you can reach bandwith limit fast. Bluehost officially offers 1 Tb (1,000 Gb) of bandwith and if it realy does, there should be no problem for small sites.

Next thing is, if you cross refer sites from the same IP, Google will give much less weight on them.
