Above tools show links only on a particular page of your site and not links on all pages.

YAHOO SITE EXPLORER (http://siteexplorer.search.yahoo.com/) shows links of all internal pages and backlinks from other sites.

REWRITE DYNAMIC URL (http://www.seochat.com/seo-tools/url-rewriting/). Dynamic URLs which ends with querries (?) or strings (ID=...) are not shown in Search engines. You can simply rewrite such URLs with this tool. All instructions added.

I had a link extractor which gave you list of pure URLs without any other text, but it seems I've lost it. If anyone find it, please post it.

it displays backlinks, and the backlinks anchor text, PR and Out Bound Links on the backlinks page

I need a tool for onsite links. One which will extract internal and external links sparately and will list pure URLs without any comments (I need for easy copy-paste).

One tiny little thing why I've bookmarked this tool, is that it has exact date of domain registration, which is very important in consideration why someone is high in a search engine.
