Spellcheck.net (http://www.spellcheck.net/) - easy to remember url at least. Also: currency converters, Periodic tables, Text editor and other great ;) "I need it now" tools.

I find it a lot easier to just use google as my spell checker. Or use Microsoft Word. Also Firefox 2 has a spell checker pre installed and it's a miracle, never knew I needed one so bad.

I'm always using Spellcheck.net when I write articles to define my site. It's not perfect but the best out there.

I tend to use google for everything from spell checking, math equations, conversions, and definitions.
I agree though, the firefox spell check is awesome. It makes posting on forums and blogs so much easier...

Its not a plugin I'm afraid, its in-built in Firefox 2, and I agree, its a great improvement!

Well, I don't have it, does it have anything other beside spell checking?

FF2 in general is better for security reasons, it has a lot more added features for tabbed browsing, etc. I'd recommend upgrading if at all possible.

I have been using Google for my spellchecking for a while as well. I didn't know about this FF2 spellchecker until now. My UK dictionary didn't come preinstalled - so I've installed it now and will see how I like it.

Spell Checker for Opera (http://aspell.net/)
Download Aspell, and then install a dictionary you want.
