my site is a web development & design forum. Please review it.

The major flaw of the forum is the skin. It's decent, but it's a purchased skin I can tell from just looking at it because a lot of sites have it. I'd suggest re skinning it to give it a unique feel or no one will take you seriously. Other wise, the forum seems to be decently filled.

Ok, first thing i noticed, wheres the marketplace? i was expecting one because of the domain name... (and also your slogan is: Your marketplace to sell and buy

after a closer look i saw the Offers & Requests forum, maybe place all those subforums (or a few) on the main page?

to continue on Submerge comment, maybe change the "new post" and "no new post" icons, this gives the forum a unique feeling. (and doesn't really take much effort)

The site is a forum about buying/selling domains/sites/templates - webdesign as you say in your domain and title.

You should point this out with a logo and a short introduction text. As far as the content can be appealing, the first look of your site is not. For my taste you should move left sided adds lower. Upper part of the forum just seems to be stuffed with all things even if it is actually not.

There is a OFFERS & REQUESTS. And the logo is a trolley, as a marketplace you put things in a trolley. I will get a new skin when i can afford one whch will be next month.

For the Website marketplace a trolley is missleading - I think the logo should tell it's about site/domains/templates. One idea is to put one domain in a trolley, I'm telling this only to show it's important to see in the first seconds what's the site about. Subtitle is again the opportunity for this.

a favicon is the little icon next to your site's url
just use your logo or a part of it (like publisherforums)
it makes you stand out from the crowd, it makes you stand out in the bookmarks

I actually like the skin. It may not be unique, but atleast looks good.

Use custom favicon
Change the meta description .
