Does any decent site exists where you can listen music samples - mp3 or whatever? Not the whole songs but at least some 20 seconds of a music. For free of course.

Yes MSN have a music collection (http://music.msn.com/) from all main genres. Not all links work, but it's not a bad site.

Anyone likes La Paloma (http://music.msn.com/search/all/?ss=La+Paloma)?

Yahoo Music (http://music.yahoo.com/track/24442549) has the same.

Now I know why I haven't found this music before: Google hasn't heard much about it.

iTunes store allows listening to music samples. If you want to get free music, then you may try some topsites or software like lime wire.
