Any good ones? Preferably with low payout limits and payment via paypal would be nice.

Oh, I missed another requirement, needs to be contextual (think that's the term).

I used AdBrite but got the most random ads which doesn't result in clicks.

Actually they do pay through paypal.
As for another advertiser offering contractual ads try out BidVertiser. Min payout of $10 and they accept paypal as well.

Adbrite does pay via paypal, but I believe you have to make a decent amount to have the ability, otherwise they'll pay via check.

I had some problems signing up to bidvertiser .. said select a level 2 category but there is no where to select one.

You probably over looked it. Check it again as I am sure it is there.

Just looked again and it's there now, definitely didn't load last time.

Seems a bit silly though. I selected Games > Video Games > and then you have to select a format, what's wrong with all? But I went for playstation in the end.

Where's the PayPal option with AdBrite?

I looked in settings but can't find the option, only a minimum cheque limit.

I emailed AdBrite and they say they don't pay by PayPal?

AdBrite pays via cheque only for Publishers, I just logged into my account and checked... no pun intended :-)

Actually Adbrite will pay via Paypal, however, you need to make a decent sum of money. They'll even pay in weekly installments than monthly. This is what I've heard from friends making lots of money from adbrite.

Well, that's kind of true with any network; if you make them a ton of money they'll bend over backwards and act as a concierge service to keep you on board. I guess the question is: just how much is "decent sum of money"? ;)

Anyhow, to give another answer to this thread, PublisherSpot.com (http://www.publisherspot.com) now has a PayPal search feature to find out what networks pay via PayPal.
