1. Site's LOADING TIME: very slow on fast connection - it took over 10 seconds that it loaded fully. Check speed test results (http://www.websiteoptimization.com/services/analyze/wso.php?url=http://www.kenetix.net/).
Possible reasons:
- a lot of images and scripts on Home page giving a Home page size 350 Kb - should be below 100 Kb.
- DNS timing (your nameserver speed): slow (145ms (http://www.dnsstuff.com/tools/dnstime.ch?name=ns1.kenetix.net&type=A)).
- HTML validation: passed (http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.kenetix.net%2F) (very rarely seen), so this is not a problem.

Tips:
- try to reconfigure top menu and header (flash)
- consider to change a hosting

2. "WHOIS":
I see your link on Wikipedia. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zentri Congrats. You should develop it a little though.

3. DESIGN:
The banner on a right top is very prominent - it looks as a header on a first look, especialy because the background is so uniqly grey. Title is pale, should be stressed much more. Additional subtitle - what is the site about - can be further explained in Welcome box. Grey menu links are not visible enough. Try to change links' color. Disturbing rectangles appear on screen on "mouseover" in top menu.

4. NAVIGATION:
Top menu: I've needed 3 clicks to be able to start writing in login and search fields.
Left menu: Important - content links (Tutorials, Forums...) should go on top. Links are dynamic. You can rewrite links automaticly (http://seochat.com/seo-tools/url-rewriting/) to become static and hence be crawled easier by search engines.
Titles of subpages are big so scrolling is needed to see the content. You can remove title boxes and make title within the first content box.

5. CONTENT:
Will the site be about selling CMS script, or about tutorials or webmaster forum or advertising...? At this moment promoting CMS looks the most prominent. If this is the case, then CMS should be mentioned in subtitle and left menu.
Forum looks developed, no comments on that.
In Articles I see "announcments" so maybe this is more proper term.
Having Tutoriasls, Links, Downloads, Gallery is a very good idea which makes a site a comprehensive webmaster source. Some real articles and maybe SEO tools or SEO section can be added. "Earning opportunities for webmasters" section is another suggestion, but OK :) .

Conclusion: Site uses a great concept of a comprehensive webmaster resource. Home page size should be limited to 100 Kb (now 350 Kb) to improve loading time. Hosting server speed is not fast also. You should put various keywords in anchor text on your backlinks to improve your SERPs position. You should make www <<>> no-www 301 redirect to improve your PR.

**This is free review with only main issues point out. Extensive keyword research and suggestion would take a lot more time.
