A few domains recently came into my hands,

toppokerguides.com
toppokeradvice.com

Anyone think they would be worth anything?

With a bit of work i believe could easily rise in the search rankings, some good keywords, and with the internet poker so to speak, could turn into something good, but with the market getting quite saturated its hard to tell.

Because of the market, I think the domains are simply ordinary without development. Maybe fetch $20+ if you sell them currently. If you build them into sites they'd be worth a lot more.

I agree, if you can get some unique content, such as articles on Poker, and build some traffic, perhaps get a link exchange with a poker community site? Then the domains and sites could be more valuable.

Yeah im definatley agreeing with you guys, with the state of the poker market at the minute will have to do something special to attract some traffic.

Yes. Dont just sell the domain. Take your time, build a site, get a decent pr (3 or more would do good). Get a few articles.
Actually, they need not be completely unique. There are tons of sites on similar themes. Read the articles there. Take the ideas. Mix them together, modify it, and lo! You would have some unique content in your hands.

Yeah, if you just spend a little time developing, the amount of money you could makes goes up exponentially. By themselves, I don't see them fetching for much.
