Just looking for some general criticisms / compliments.

http://www.playingonthego.com/ - Just recently set up, not really one of mine as its owned by 451Press, but I'm the author for the site :D

http://www.handheldnews.co.uk/ - My Gaming blog site, this is completely owned by me, and is updated regularly :)

http://www.temp-select.com/ - My Free Template site, was expecting to do more for the site, then realized my dream of a template site wasn't going to happen :P (I'll try when I'm abit older)

http://jamesgill.me.uk/ - My portfolio, abit boring, need to change to a blog and actually update.

http://www.flasharena.co.uk/ - Another site which i could probably do more with, free flash games for all!

Comment away!

You've got quite the collection, I like the first website that you author for ::) For hand held news, maybe change some of the graphics around so it doesnt come off as a free blog template. Your portfolio looks decent design wise, but you flash arcade site is lacking in the graphics department.

For http://www.playingonthego.com/ I suggest you make the images a specific size instead of using the IMG tag to control the size--makes it look cheap! Same thing goes for http://www.handheldnews.co.uk/. The themes on the sites look nice, though.

http://jamesgill.me.uk/ looks cool, but I'm not a fan of splash pages, and the only thing clickable is 'Enter' which is hard as hell to get to! ;)

Yeah I said the splash page was a waste of time.

Thanks Submerge, I keep trying to do something 'different' with handheld news, but it never really works, I think i could do with changing the thumbnails. And i still need to finish the arcade site, I'm thinking about getting a game script, that should look pretty decent.

Thanks for the feedback Submerge

Do you mean make all the images a specific size? I see where your coming from with that, that'll look decent! I'll try do that with all my later stories.

I think when my two gaming blogs start to kick of, I'll probably turn my portfolio page into a blog, if Chris allows me of course ;)

Thanks for the feedback guys!

Yeah you could have a blog - would be a lot better.

I mean have the images the size that you want to show them. If you want a larger version of the image that's cool, but using the IMG width/height to set the size of a larger image makes it look funny.

You can set that up for me later then

rjp - I see what you mean about resizing, a few of mine do look abit funny

I'll sort it out with future articles :)
