On below site there are two free offers. My friend is testing his Offers site, so please can everyone :) signup on one or both offers here (http://www.incometactics.com/freeoffers/) to let him see how it works? The first one is an Asking/answering board, the second one is free online site builder. It needs to be done until Wednesday 28th 2 PM GMT.

I don't think the site is ready yet, for example the site is called 'blankpage' and the links don't work.

That particular page was set up to promote just those two offers. You click on banners and signup. It's all under construction this is a reason why I'm asking for it. To see if it will work.
