Just recently set up, so I'll be making new posts quite frequently, but what shall I do to generate more traffic, incoming links etc?

And what do you think of the design? I'm thinking of taking a picture from my bedroom window for the banner ( the view is the whole of Exeter :) )

Any help / ideas appreciated.

That theme is excellent.
Try to break news or write quality original content that will make others talk about you and in the process provide a linkback.

You're asking about traffic. Do you have any specific plan with this blog (which topics you will cover...)? For incoming links: if you put your link in the signature - you'll have some backlinks quick. About trafic - someone has to find your blog somewhere...have you any promotion ways in mind?

The site will just be about the internet, me and the site, general stuff which I think will interest people.

I was thinking about going onto other peoples blogs, and hoping someone acknowledges me and checks out my site ;)

I see you're using MyBlogLog, I'd suggest to keep visiting other people's blog to advertise yours with MyBlogLog.

I actually thought the old theme looked nicer, kind of getting sick of that theme. But I still like your blog!

My current theme imo has attracted a lot more regular visitors, as well as people saying it's unique :D
