Staff Members?

Well, getting them early is probably better, because then you can 'test' them to see if they would suit being a moderator.

Thanks a lot of the offers guys, much appreciated. However I don't plan on appointing moderators until there are any issues here. Waiting will also let me see which members would make good moderators.

The forums aren't at the stage yet where moderators and staff are needed to do anything. A couple of hundred members and a few thousand posts down the line and then maybe.

I was just saying to be prepared for when that happens. I'm not saying like get 5 moderators, but just 1 or even 2 for now. That's fine though, hopefully there may be no real need for moderators if this forum will be as professional as it should be.
