If someone is trying to get backlinks on sites with some PR, try this:
1. Ozzu forum has some PR5 (!) inner pages.
2. Search for .edu forums or any other idea you might have this way:
Open this tool: http://seochat.com/seo-tools/pagerank-search/
It is Google search which shows results with PR. You can use any operator in search field then you add keyword. Idea: "link:.edu forums" . It will find .edu forums exclusively, you'll see PR...Making a post on .edu forum with high PR (with link in sig) means getting good backlink.
