On Ureview.net you can find Lawyer Ratings and Attorney Reviews (http://www.ureview.net/) . Reviews are made by all parties involved, not only clients.
SITE LOADED in 3-4 seconds on 1.44MB/s connection in Europe. Site opened in 12 seconds on 2.4Mb/s connection in Australia. Speed test results. (http://www.websiteoptimization.com/services/analyze/wso.php?url=http://ureview.net) Reason for not optimal loading are probably many images which contribute 221Kb to the total 234Kb size of the Home page. Highest recommended sie size is 100Kb.DNS timing (http://www.dnsstuff.com/tools/dnstime.ch?name=ureview.net%2F&type=A) is not optimal, DNS lookup (http://www.dnsstuff.com/tools/dnsreport.ch?domain=ureview.net%2F) shows that one nameserver doesn't respond. This probably doesn't cause any practical problems, but it's an obvious error.

1. FIRST THING I've noticed on a site is a title.
Second Thing noticed was the logo.
2. DESIGN: Title looks good. Subtitle (above teh title) is placed well, comment on the content: made in "advertising manner", agressive, especially in a connection with logo.
The site is alligned to the left, looks a little assimetric. Menu has titles made by "typing machine". All mentioned causes a court, tense atmosphere.
Images on the bottom are not clickable, they also don't tell where they are intended to point.
Site's look in MSI 6/7, Konqueror, Mozilla 1.7... (http://browsershots.org/website/http://ureview.net/) The central part of Home page text is breaking the right border in many browsers.
3. NAVIGATION: is smooth, but slow (up to 8 seconds page loading time).
4. CONTENT: Some forum posts contain redundant sentences. Short, concise information is expected here. Some articles are very precise though. I think it should be mentioned on the Home page that reviews are for US lawyers/attorneys.

SEO PLAN: Getting in first 10 in Google will need strong backlonks (not necessary many) Domain age is very important in Google, but this may be overcomed with developing a good site. Getting backlinks with "Lawyer reviews" anchor text from relevant PR5-7 sites is one way. Other one is to decide for other keyword phrase.
