Well when i had my blog up and put ads on it, it crawled my site and then i was talking about pre paid credit cards. Not exactly what my blog is about but now there are credit card ads. And well i think i could get alot more clicks if the ads were alittle more on topic with the site.

any idea how long it takes for a recrawl to gather data to change the ads??

I have no idea but from what I was reading yesterday, the spiders seem to go crawling once a month. I'm just a newbie tho, so don't quote me.

Google ads should display what's on the page when it loads as far as I know. It doesn't pick some keywords and display ads for them until it recrawls your site again.

There are some adsense tags that you can enclose around content to help direct ads to certain types of targeted keywords, not sure exactly what the tags are but search google for them, or maybe someone who uses adsense can help me out here? But as far as I know, adsense ads can change depending if the content is changed. I'm no guru on adsense though, I haven't used them for almost a year.

Alright, I found the code. Use it on your site and it should hopefully help :)

This is my content that I want section targeted!

Hey, that's pretty spiffy! What goes in there? Keywords or an article/

An article, or a part of the article with keywords that you want the ads to show. I wouldn't just use keywords as that might be against TOS. But at least a paragraph of text.

Google caches my site every 2/3 days.
