View Full Version : hiring a flash developer

So I have a good idea for a project (an online game), but it would require part of it to be developed in flash. I tend to be a do-it-yourself kind of guy, so my first inkling was to just learn flash, but I really do not have the time for that right now. So I guess I will have to hire someone to do it. So it made me think... I know tons of good programmers and good designers that I could hire if I wanted to just make a website. But I don't know *any* flash programmers, and I don't even know where or how to find a good one. Do you guys have any experience?

I'm a college student, so one idea would be to find a fellow student to work with. I would probably wind up with someone less experienced that way, but it might be cheaper.

Another issue... the project I have in mind will require both programming and graphic design. Is that typically one person? I'm assuming I'll have to get one person to program and one person to create the art.

And also... if anyone reading this is a good flash programmer or knows someone who is, feel free to contact me about it.

Looking for a flash programmer? Go to www.were-here.com (http://www.were-here.com) - it's a little known forum, but is massive and filled with great flash programmers.

You're welcome :D
