So far I've discovered wordpress, forums, and CMS software. Do you know of any other cool website making software like that? Like, something that makes website stuff like blogs and forums and stuff? What other cool software is there and what does it do?

For blogs you also have this multiple blog software:
http://B2evolution.net . You can install it from this site or via Fantastico installer script if you have it on your site. You can run and manage all blogs from one place then.

From forums you have
http://vbulletin.com which is the most popular and widely.
http://simplemachine.org is free. You can also get free hosting for it or set it on your own site.
http://phpBB.com is even more popular, but there were ongiling problems with hacking. At very this moment their Home page doesn't open.

If you want to build sites from scratch, you can use
Dreamweaver (www.adobe.com/products/dreamweaver/), paid, you'll need to know some HTML
NVU (http://nvu.com), free, easy, limited features.
HTML-kit (http://www.chami.com/html-kit/), very many features, again, you'll need to know HTML.
