Creditme.com is a Credit cards Guide (http://www.creditme.com/) where you can order your own Credit card.
SITE OPENS slow, in 5-7 seconds. 82Kb of images makes are 130Kb big Home page. Speed test. (http://www.websiteoptimization.com/services/analyze/wso.php?url=http://www.creditme.com/)
DNS lookup (http://www.dnsstuff.com/tools/dnsreport.ch?domain=creditme.com) showed a missing namserver at the time when I tested it which can cause serious problems.
DNS timing (http://www.dnsstuff.com/tools/dnstime.ch?name=creditme.com&type=A) shows that a slow speed server may be responsible for slow site loading also.
1. FIRST THING noticed was the green menu.
Second Thing were the columns of links.
2. DESIGN: Title is not characteristic, there's also no logo. Violet and green are not good color combination. Login link and search field should go below the header in any case. There is no introduction box, so it's not clear on a first look what the site offers. Letters of Titles of link columns should be all capitalized and maybe green.
Site's look in: Firefox, Opera, Konqueror..browsers (http://browsershots.org/website/http://www.creditme.com/).
3. NAVIGATION: Upper menu: Credit cards should be renamed to "Home". Resources link is maybe not necessary, since its entire content is already on the Home page. "Contact" can be added.
Spaces between paragraphs within particular CC descriptin can be smaller.
4. CONTENT: Each particular card is introduced thoroughly, some repeated sentences can be erased.
