Softlakecity.com is a Outlook Express support service (http://www.softlakecity.com/) about how to repair Outlook Express, export mails to other mail clients...and get other useful software.
SITE OPENS in a second, loads in three seconds on 1.44MB/s connection in Europe, not bad. Speed test (http://www.websiteoptimization.com/services/analyze/wso.php?url=http://www.softlakecity.com/) reveals many small .jpg and .png images which contribute 48Kb to the total 61Kb Home page size. They are the main reason for not optimal site loading.
DNS Lookup test shows one mail server problem. (http://www.dnsstuff.com/tools/dnsreport.ch?domain=softlakecity.com)
DNS Timing test shows that the hosting server speed (http://www.dnsstuff.com/tools/dnstime.ch?name=softlakecity.com&type=A)is not the best.

2. DESIGN: It's all textual, eye heavily finds a rest. Upper area should be emphasized somehow (a box wit an introduction text, logo...). The site is totaly ADD FREE :).

3. NAVIGATION: I think the header should be clickable (Home). There is NO Home button atbthe moment.
Navigation is smooth, fast enough from the top menu, somewhat slower from the left menu (due to more content under each link). Favicon can help in tabbed browsing. Sitemap is arranged for Google spiders good enough, a little categorization for visitors will help though. A list with bolded titles of all services available would be of a great help.
4. CONTENT: The subtitle is too general and missleading - someone will expect hardware topics on the site. Logo is also very general( 010101001).
