If I make a porn directory with a famous brand name in the domain name will I get sued?

Erm.. if the domain name is trademarked then yes. There is always a chance you would get sued. But, if its substantially different you wont.
I dont think apple can sue you if you start a website with domain name "freshapple" and start selling apples.

What about WiiWacker.com? Will Nintendo sue me? I heard that people are making Wii friendly porn sites that make use of the Wiimote, and that they invented Wiibrators and Wiistraps.

The sites have a code that will only show up if you view the site with the Wii browser so your mom doesn't find out. I figured I could make a directory of sites and it would be popular. But I don't wanna get sued.

It all depends on how Nintendo takes the idea, they could take the domain from you or not. Not sure of Nintendo's track record on that, but it could be risky. Being a directory, it shouldn't be too bad though.

I don't think that you will get sued. Not unless your site becomes really famous. If it becomes famous, then sell it for good money and then get out of it quickly.
