I am looking for a Affiliate Pay-Per-Click program that is (EXACTLY) 100% Like this...

1. Pay-Per-click: $0.05 USD or more for each click.

2. Pays you by PayPal.

3. Weekly PayOut.

4. Automatically Account Approval.

Anyone knows any Affiliate Pay-Per-Click program like this? Thank You everyone!!

Hmm.. I don't know of any. May I ask why you need all of those options fulfilled?

Your biggest crutch here is wanting weekly payouts. I haven't heard of any network that pays out that fast.

Millnic Media pays out on a weekly basis, but I'm not sure they pay with paypal, and they're an cpa network.

Yup, Millnic is just for CPA advertiser. Not only are weekly payouts hard to find, but networks that auto approve is almost impossible to find. And auto-approving weekly payments, I don't think there are any out there.
